IN THE GRIM DARKNESS OF THE FAR FUTURE THERE IS ONLY WAR

Many ideas form and resource gathered to make this a reality. Some get the full attention required while others gather dust and become forgotten. Here is a mention of some of these ideas.

The Four Horseman of Apocalpse

29/7/2003

This project is as old as this web site. When I first began the chaos force, I also wanted to mount a chaos champion on a horse. As there were four main chaos forces, it almost matched in with the four Horseman of Apocalpse. Khorne being the obvious War, Nurgle could be Pestilence, leaving the other two to compete for the role of Death and Famine.

That was the idea anyway, the Four Horseman of Chaos. I began with this conversion of a chaos champion mounted on an Imperial Guard Horse. Taking inspiration from one of the WD cover. This was decicated to Nurgle as being the only one without a mounted troop. For Tzeentch, I removed the disc rider and placed a sorcerrer on top. The next model would be Khorne's Juggernaut, but had difficulty here. And though this is where things died.

Future's Hope - A BFG project

26/11/2004

This idea started after viewing all the different BFG projects and I wanted to create a super battleship. Purchasing two Emperor Class Battleship for the conversions, I decided that I needed some background and also a super space station to build this super battleship. So I purchased some Orbital Platforms and a Ramilies Class Starfort.

Putting the Battleship on hold, I started work on the Super Space Station Command Center. To continue with this, I needed the weapons from the battleship weapon sprue. Unfortunately when I finally got around to ordering this, GW no longer sold it seperately, and though this project died a quiet death.

CD Diorama

9/9/2005

This all started after the Wolves to the Slaughter project. Seeing the pile of junk CD's, I wondered how many Diorama's I could think of creating by using these CDs. The Assassin's tower and Commander Dante's Blood Angels were two successful projects that used a CD as the base. But not all were successful.

Stomp Fest 2005 - Due to the amount of unused Stompas I had, I decided to use these for a Diorama. The fist conversion of a Goff Stompa was complete and the second would be a Snakebite Clan Stompa. This project came to a halt here due to lack of ideas. The scene would be a stompa from each clan, each distinct in its own way. Their objective is to stomp as many Gretchins as possible while a crew of Ork cameramen capturing the whole game on film.

Cowboy and Indians - This didn't get any further than gathering the pieces. Due to the amount of different small Ork buggies I owned, they would form the Indians circling around the some Imperial Guards. The Imperial Guards rough riders could also form the calvary, although they would be mounted seperate from the CD.
